Welcome to the FATES Tutorial Documentation!

This documentation will provide details on the topics covered during the tutorial.
We begin with an introduction to Docker and setting up the FATES containers. 
Model Initialization Modes and Create Scripts provide details on setting up a basic FATES simulation using inventory data. 
To run FATES at your own study site you can follow instructions in Setting up FATES at a New Site. Finally, 
Modifying the Parameter File demonstrates tools for making custom parameter files.
